Shipping & Delivery 

We are excited to process your order and will do everything we can to ensure that you receive the items you ordered accurately and in a timely manner. 

All orders made on Monday through Friday will be shipped on the next business day. 

If the orders are made on public holidays, they will be shipped on the next business day. 

Orders made on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday (excluding public holidays).

SHIPPING CHARGES

Malaysia 

West Malaysia - RM 9.00 (within 1-3 working days) 

East Malaysia - RM 18.00 (within 3-7 working days)

At this point in time, we can only ship within Malaysia (West Malaysia and East Malaysia).

We will notify and announce once our services are extended to include international shipping.

Alternatively, to place an order from outside Malaysia, please email hellomaqqco@gmail.com

Note: Please double-check your order details (size, colour, collection name, etc.) and complete address before pressing the checkout button. This is to ensure that our delivery partner delivers the orders accurately and to the correct address. 

If you are not usually at your address, please make arrangements for someone else to pick up for you. If you are unable to offer your home address during the week, please provide your office address instead.
